So I dont have a real plan right now other than to drink lots of water.. cut out a huge portion of my sugar intake and load up on veggies..
so inspired by this lovely lady, i went diggin in the crates for some of my old favorites. a little iceberg wedge, i keep spinach on hand and strawberries have been super duper on sale as of late. i can't wait!!
and here are a couple of the recipes from BUNNIE'S COOKING ADVENTURES (and by that i mean an old franklin covey planner i've jotted down some yummy things I've had luck with).
Watermelon Salad - Spinach, Feta, Watermelon, Grape Tomatoes, Red Onions
Wedge Salad - Iceberg, Tomatoes, Green Onions, Turkey Bacon Crumbles
Apple Salad - Pecans, Apples, Spinach, White Cheddar Salt and Pepper
Peach Salad - Walnuts, Sliced Peaches, Blue Cheese Crumbles, Cherry Tomatoes, Spinach
Easy Breezy Salad Dressings
House Vinaigrette
2 teaspoons white balsalmic vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil.
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Brown Sugar Cider Vinaigrette
2/3 cups Canola2 minced green onions
1 tbs Dijon Mustard
3 tbs Brown Sugar
3tbs chopped fresh basil
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Next up - the work out! any suggestions on how to work that into the schedule with the new infant on board (as if I'm not already tired enough)!

Do you have a jog stroller? If not, I highly suggest you put that on your hubby wish list. You'll widdle those pounds off in no time and the kids will love being outside. Well one of them won't know what's going on, LOL. Good luck! -Marisa
